Ordering

  • Click on the product of your choice.
  • Check the expected delivery time mentioned there and availability of COD service in your area by entering your pin code.
  • You may create a new account on D’Maante or may simply proceed by entering your email id. You will be eligible for getting additional benefits by registering with us like you will be getting instant updates on our websites, referral codes, and gift cards as per occasion, speeding up the order process etc.
  • After entering the shipping address, enter your D’Maante voucher or discount coupon details if it’s applicable to your order.
  • We request you to check the final prices before submitting the payment details like bank, credit card, debit card details.
  • Hurray!! By confirming above points your order is placed.
  • You will be receiving a confirmation mail and SMS from team D’Maante.

Handling charges varies as per following conditions:

  • If you cancel your order before your order is shipped, then there shall not be any deduction in handling charges and if your order is shipped, in that case Handling charges will not be refunded.
  • If you order is canceled by D'Maante due to certain reasons then there shall not be any deduction in Handling charges.
  • We always try our best to deliver the couriers on time but in case if you want delivery of your product on Later date then please coordinate with the courier partner at the time he gets in touch with you.

    • After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with delivery details. We always try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will update you after every step.
    • You can always track your order through our website by Logging into your account.
    • Please note that after placing the order sometimes it takes upto 50 hours for tracking to be updated.
    • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS after your successful completion of order placement. Please check your phone and email and make sure that you read it thoroughly.
    • You may also see the same in your Dmaante account.

    No, you don’t have to pay COD charges different times, it will be collected only when you receive the first product of your order.

    • If you request cancellation before the shipment is dispatched then your cancellation request will be accepted within 24 hours.
    • If you request cancellation after the shipment is dispatched, we will try our best to cancel the item. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee cancellation for the item that is been dispatched.
    • You need to deny the acceptance in case delivery is attempted.

    Your refund mode totally depends upon the payment mode you have selected while placing the order.

    • If you have placed a prepaid order (used credit card/ netbanking / debit card for placing the order), then the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation.
    • NOTE: If your order is dispatched then the Shipping charges will not be refunded.

    • Yes, we surely receive orders via phone but the only payment mode for placing orders via phone will be Cash On Delivery.
    • We do not allow Instant return/Open delivery at the time of delivery.
    • Returning of a single part at the time of delivery is not possible. However, you can always return/exchange your order if you are dissatisfied from your purchase within 3 days of delivery. Please visit our Return & Exchange policy for more information.
      There is no need to panic at all in case if your card is debited by mistake. Please follow below procedure:

    • Kindly check your bank/credit card account – Has it been debited? If its debited then please make a note that it will be refunded to your account within 7-10 business days. The time for refund varies from bank to bank and unfortunately we will not be able to expedite this. You are requested to check with your bank for more details.
    • If the transaction is successful and money has been credited to Our account, then we will initiate the refund within 2 business days.

      Debit Card /Credit Card - 7 business days

    • No, Bulk orders cannot be placed through dmaante.com as the website only caters to end customers. Although you can get in touch with our Customer Support for more details.
    • Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

    Payments

    • We offer multiple modes of payments for your offer.
    • There are no hidden charges when you make online payment for your order.
    • All your personal and banking information is safe with us and totally secured.
    • All types of Visa, Master card issued by Indian and International banks will be accepted for making online payment.
    • You need to follow the step by step instructions mentioned on our website during the time of making payment.
    • We use trusted SSL encryption to protect your card information.
    • Payment through internet banking is accepted from all banks.
    • You can pay your COD orders by cash only. As of now we do not accept Credit/Debit card due to unavailability of Card swipe or POS machine.

    We have various payment options to give you a delightful shopping experience. These are –

    NOTE: Available on purchases of up to a limit of INR 5,000. A non-refundable convenience charge of INR 50 is levied on Cash on Delivery purchases.

    For certain products with high value (more than 5,000), only prepaid options are available.

    • Please note that we never collect/store your card/banking details. Incase if you suspect anything like that immediately report the same to your bank.
    • We use the highest possible security measures to protect our customers’ bank details. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Additionally, a 3D secure password is required to complete an online transaction which adds another layer of safety.
    • We charge a nominal convenience charge of Rs 50 on COD. The same amount will be clearly stated while placing the order.
    • If the pu
      rchase is made via prepaid mode like Credit card/Debit card/Wallet/Dmaante vouchers then this charge shall not be levied.
    • COD is available on purchase upto INR 5000/- beyond which purchses will be made by prepaid modes only.
    • The COD services is not offered by our courier partners due to certain unavoidable serviceability issues. You can always opt for Prepaid options in such case.

    NOTE: We also restrict COD facility for certain customers based on certain repeated contingencies.

    • There are many benefits of making online payment- safety , convenience and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process.
    • If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account within 7-10 business days. For further clarification, you can shoot us a mail on cc@dmaante.com or give us a call, with your order number.

    Returns

    • Yes, our 15 days Replacement Policy is guaranteed to every piece of jewelry we sell. You may notify us about the problems, fitting issues, damages or defects by writing/calling us at the moment you receive the jewelry and we will return or replace the product to you, the procedure is mentioned below:
    • In order to get the item replaced/returned you may call us at +91 7600801040 or writing down an email to us at cc@dmaante.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.
    • Jewellery exhibiting any physical damage to the box or product.
    • Jewelery that has been washed
    • Jewelery which is not in the original condition same as the time it is been delivered.
    • Jewelery without readable or valid serial number shall not be accepted.
    • Jewelery returned without original packing
    • You should cancel your order before it is shipped and the entire amount will be reverted to your dmaante’s account.
    • You may call our Customer Support team within our official working hours or can email them anytime and they shall help you with the process.
    • You may need to fill the Shipment return Form.
    • Please include Original contents, certificates and any other material sent with Shipment and please ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

    Shipping

    • Our estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the order date if the selected item is in stock.
    • We provide FREE delivery Nationwide if the Total Order is more than Rs.1499/-. In case if the Total orders amount is less than Rs.1499/- than click here to find out the shipping charges.
    • All the orders are delivered via reputed courier services such as Delhivery
    • No there no Hidden charges apart from the charges mentioned during the time of placing order. The price showed to you during the time of check out will be the Final Price.
    • You can track your shipment by our Shipment tracking email which will be sent to you after the shipment has been dispatched. In case you do not receive any confirmation email you can write an email to cc@dmaante.com, we will be happy to assist you in every possible way.
    • Yes, you may straight forward write/call our customer care department stating the issue and we will take care of it.
